Car Features - Top 30 Best Selling Vehicles of the USA for 2003

Just like last week, the top 10 best sellers for the year 2003 are the same: half trucks (all of which were from the Detroit three), half passenger cars (three of which wore a Japanese badge). Yes, we all know that the Americans have different tastes compared to the ASEAN market but there are some cars that are sold similarly to us.

Out of the 12 months, let's look back on America's best sellers for 2003. For next month, we will feature our last year, 2002 We have included the increase/decrease from 2002.
