Vehicle Overview
Although it was launched in 2008, the Philippines had to wait two years later for this car to arrive. The 2.5 model arrived first in August of that year with a larger 3.5 launched in December.
Both engines have six cylinders and are from the VQ engine range which is popular for the brand. While the 2.5 may be lacking for some, the 3.5 packs a bunch of power and had seen usage on various Nissan models but with different tuning. With this one utilizes a continously variable transmission, it has the flexibility on choosing the appropriate gear whether driven lightly or hard. Although steering is fine, driving this one through road imperfections will transmit its impact towards the cabin.
Although the space inside may be less, the magic of ergonomics had done things well and made a way. This vehicle, for all variants, come with an all leather interior (in beige flavor) which may prove to be challenging to clean if you're a dirty type of person, so no eating inside.
What Should I Get
250XL models sport a 182hp 2.5 V6 plus amenities including dual airbags, ABS brakes, rear view camera, automatic headlamps, leather upholstery, power drivers seat, power fold mirror, dual automatic air conditioning system, navigation system, alarm, and keyless entry with push button start. Our choice is the 350XV that gains a 249hp 3.5, side airbags, traction control, sun roof, xenon headlamps, auto leveling headlamps, power front passenger seat, ventilated seats, ottoman seats at the back, power rear sunshade, steering wheel audio controls, and cruise control.
How Much Would It Cost Me
While the appeal lies on its bargain price, its low seller status makes parts limited that means you have to be careful on driving. Another thing to remember is the standard V6 engine which makes fuel consumption high, but if you can buy this type of car we are sure you can refuel this one. Problem points include an easy to wear interior and its suspension system.
