Isuzu in Thailand found out that the seatbelts in the third row seat found among units sold in the Philippines which did not meet functional and performance standards. 1,157 units are affected and owners are requested to bring their cars to the nearest dealer for proper evaluation.
Customers will be sent letters with instructions, while those who wouldn't receive one may refer to the list in their website. If confirmed, one may contact their dealer or email customer-relations@isuzuphil.com for an appointment.
For those who are in the waiting list, you may have to wait until this has been remedied.
